How do I place an order online?
You can either search by cartridge or by printer model. Once you have found the cartridge you need you can easily follow the steps to purchasing your new ink cartridge.

Can I order by mail or phone?
Yes, we accept orders by mail and phone. Please email us on

3. What is the cost for Shipping?
To make your shopping experience convenient and pleasurable we ship our products through Royal Mail 1st Class, however for special services and more information please refer to our delivery section on home page.  
4. Which credit cards to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Delta (Visa and Debit Cards) and American Express.

What do I do if I order the wrong cartridge?
If you order the wrong cartridge email us immediately to cancel the order. You can email us at
contactus@axiominks.com. Please note that all orders are shipped at 4:30 pm GMT. We will be unable to cancel your order if you email us after 4:30 pm GMT.

Is it possible to cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order you may do so by emailing us at
contactus@axiominks.com. Please type "Order Cancellation" in the subject line. Please include your Full name and order number. We will be unable to cancel your order if you cancel after 4:30pm GMT.

What is the procedure for a refund?
Refunds are issued based on the form of payment made. A check will be issued if paid by money order or check. If paid by credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card provided on record for that specific order.

What does OEM stand for?
OEM stands for "Original Equipment Manufacturer." OEM's such as Apple, Canon, Compaq, Epson, Hewlett Packard, and Lexmark are the companies that produce your inkjet printer as well as cartridges that are used in them. We offer both OEM name brand and non-OEM name brand products. Because some of our products do not carry the OEM name, we can offer them to you at a lesser cost. Our non-OEM name brand products utilise the same printer specific ink as the OEM name brands.

Are your products O.E.M.?
AxiomInks sells both OEM and non-OEM products.Our Non OEM cartridges are high quality generic brand products. We guarantee their quality and performance to be as good as name brand products.

Which cartridges are remanufactured?
AxiomInks does promote and market a range of remanufactured products produced by. The quality of our products and customer satisfaction forms the basis of our business model, and is key to differentiating us from our competitors.

What are compatible cartridges?
Compatible cartridges are specifically manufactured to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. These cartridges offer a high standard of quality, reliability, and offer high-quality printing results. Compatible and generic cartridges are brand new cartridges, containing only new components, and are an economical alternative to expensive brand-name cartridges and supplies, which allow the consumer to enjoy big savings over brand-name cartridges and supplies. The use of compatible or generic replacement cartridges does not void the printer's warranty.

What are Ink Refill Kits?
AxiomInks understands that the economic requirements of our customers and thus we choose to hold Ink Refill Kits. Ink Refill Kits are kits that have been designed for those users who wish to refill their existing HP and Lexmark cartridges as compatible replacement for these products are not available. They include a syringe, the required ink and detailed instructions on how to refill their existing cartridges. We also retail the bottles of ink them selves, which would save you buying the whole kit each time!

What are cleaning compatible cartridges?
Cleaning cartridges are brand new cartridges which contain cleaning fluid to clear blocked print head. There are two things to remember about cleaning cartridges. First, they cannot repair a damaged or faulty print-head, and second, they seldom provide instant results so please be patient if you decide to use them.
Simply fit the cleaning cartridge as you would a normal ink cartridge. Run three or four cleaning cycles then try to print something with the cleaning cartridge in place. Most of our cleaning cartridges contain a trace of dye so you should be able to see some indication of print quality. If it appears satisfactory then refit the ink cartridges and continue as normal. If the quality is still below par, leave the cleaning cartridge in for a few hours or overnight to dissolve any obstinate dried ink, and then try the cleaning cycle again as above.

Cartridges for HP, Lexmark, and Compaq Printers

What does professionally remanufactured mean?
Professionally remanufactured cartridges have been recycled to meet or exceed Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications. The recycling and remanufacturing process involves inspecting, disassembling, cleaning, replacing worn out parts, reassembling, and refilling the toner or ink. Once the process is complete, the cartridge is then tested, sealed, and ready to be sold.

Are your cartridges for HP, Lexmark, and Compaq printers remanufactured?
No, our cartridges for HP, Lexmark, and Compaq printers are brand new OEM cartridges supplied from the appropriate manufacturers.
3.
What's the difference between the cartridges 51645A and the 51645G?
The cartridges that 51645G and the 51645A cartridge are the same cartridge but contain different quantities of ink. The 51645G cartridges are designed for those users that use their printer infrequently and thus are not required to spend vast amounts of money on product they do not use very often. The 51645A cartridge is designed for those users who may print large quantities and thus require a larger capacity of black ink. This subtle difference is intended for economic purposes. Please note: a cartridge purchased from Printer Inks may indicate different letter (example 51645 A, D, or G.)

What if I forget my password?
No problem! Click 'My Account' to Login and instead of entering you password, click ‘I’ve Forgotten my password' and then you will be asked for your User ID.
The current password that we have on our systems will then be immediately sent to your email address, so that you may log in and proceed shopping.

You can change your password whenever you want - just log in by clicking the 'My Account' button and select 'Change my password' from your account page.

What if I need to change my details?
Simply login to the site by clicking the 'My Account' button and click 'Update my details' on your account page. Here you can change your address, phone number and email address.

How do I register?
To register, click on 'register' in the top menu bar. Here you fill in a few details and create a password - it's as simple as that! Full instructions are included on the registration page.

Why do I have to register before I buy?
When you register you give us important information - such as your address, telephone number and email address. We need this information to advise you of the progress of your order, deliver your product and contact you if we need to. It also allows you to create a password, which means you can securely access details of your order on this site and track its progress.

SECURITY

AxiomInks.com takes precautions to protect its customers' information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks you to enter sensitive Financial information (such as your credit card number), AxiomInks DO NOT STORE any of your card details.

Access to all of our users' information is restricted. AxiomInks.com operates in a secured and locked facility that requires all employees to check in and wear valid ID badges. Security cameras are positioned throughout the building in conjunction with multiple alarm systems. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. We do not store your financial information in our system so for future transactions, you will be required to re-enter your information.

All AxiomInks.com servers, including web servers and database servers, are housed and maintained in secure locations. Access to the database is strictly monitored and protected from outside access. Internet access is restricted and protected by multiple Checkpoint and Cisco firewalls and password protection. The servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secured environment, inside a secured and locked room. All backups are stored and locked in a high-level security room. Only personnel with proper security clearance have access to these restricted areas. Tape backups are not permitted to leave the premises without prior authorization.

All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, in addition to any time a new policy is added, AxiomInks.com employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance of privacy and what they can do to ensure that customers' information remains protected at all times.
