Delivery

Delivery Methods:

AxiomInks uses only special courier services like Interlink,DHL and UPS.

Despatch of goods:
We try hard to dispatch all orders on the same day of the receipt of orders, provided the orders are received before 3:00pm (subject to stock availability). If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your order promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.

Delivery Times (within the UK)
Most of our products are supplied direct from stock and will be delivered by Special Courier. Our aim is to deliver 99 % of all orders by the next working day (Monday - Friday). For Saturday delivery you will have to contact us via email or call us on freephone 0800 0434426

We will always inform you via e-mail when your order has been dispatched. If goods cannot be shipped within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, ask if you wish to continue with the transaction and offering you the opportunity to cancel or part-ship your order.
If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit. If you do not receive your goods within seven working days you should contact us. From our experience we have found that over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
For Express Delivery, please contact our customer service team on 0800 043 4426.This service costs £8.00 additionally to the above relevant shipping criteria and will be dispatched by Business Post or Fedex Courier, depending upon the weight and your location.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
For all International Deliveries, there will be additional cost of 12% of Total Net Amount
